Inspired by our neighbors in Little Tokyo, we鈥檝e combined our brewing knowledge with traditional Japanese sake fermentation methods to create a beer like no other. The rich, complex rice flavors balance naturally with malted barley and hops. Huge floral notes blend with fruit flavors of pear and pineapple, then round out with a signature, dry finish.
