Day Walker Red is an American Red Ale. It has a medium-high maltiness with a medium level of caramel malt character giving it itβs red/amber hue. This comes from the use of dark caramel malts as well as munich malt (to provide maltiness). This beer is characterized by the abundance of American-variety hops used to produce a medium to high hop bitterness, flavor, and aroma. This beer is brewed predominately with Cascade hops. This beer has a medium body.
