Beer Description
This fuschia-colored, easy drinking Belgian-Style White has a balanced, earthy sweetness from the forono beets (from Meadow’s Mirth Farm). As tasty as it is pretty!
If you were to judge a beer by it’s color, you might think this beer would taste sweet, almost candy like, but it’s not. The fruitiness (and orange notes) from the beer’s wit base definitely shine through, but, overall, it is a drier beer, marked by a great earthy nose and very balanced beet taste. The carbonation is a bit on the higher side (as it should be with a wit), giving the beer a really bright and clean taste.
