Beer Description
Named after the town and tribe of Puyallup in Washington state, our ale features more roast malt than is typical in a Black IPA, we instead present our Cascadian Dark Ale. German and American malt combine with Cascade and Nugget hops to give a roasty, hoppy ale with a slightly spicy finish created by the additional of rye malt.
