Artisanal Belgian Scotch ale that has been soured, for nearly a year, in barrels first used to mature Matthiasson Vineyards chardonnay. A complex Scotch ale with underlying sweet, malty caramel notes that have been transformed in the barrel with an oaky, funky sourness.
