Featuring a hand selected coffee roasted by Shark Mountain Coffee. Sumatra FTO Ratu Ketiara Gayo Mandheling Grade 1 is a clean, wet-hulled Sumatran grown by the Ratu Ketiara Gayo women’s cooperative. Lightly roasted, this coffee’s sweet chocolate and floral, spicy hop notes round out a smooth herbaceous earthiness. Early sensory notes have shown a beautiful harmony between the coffee and our rich imperial porter base.
