Beer Description
Imperial Hefeweizen inspired by Chef Jason Alley of Comfort and Pasture’s banana pudding, we brewed a huge imperial hefeweizen, fermented at high temperatures, and aged it in bourbon barrels briefly for a flavor combination of vanilla, caramelized sugar, banana, and a touch of whiskey booze. We think it tastes like the real thing. 25 IBU, 8% ABV
