Beer Description
The Feral’s origin is as an experimental beer brewed to see what happens when you brew a beer with native WA wine yeast. Each vintage is a bit different than the previous and the ABV varies. 2015 Vintage: This beer started out as a tradition four grain saison in the brewhouse. The wort was then racked into stainless and pitched with yeast procured from Efeste Winery in Woodinville. Primary fermentation was completed in a few weeks and the beer continued to age with the addition of toasted acacia chips.
