Beer Description
Using our unique mixed culture fermentation and aging in the same style of sherry casks, we’re then able to see how the resulting beers compared.
Sin Frontera is a collaboration between Brasserie Trois Dames (Switzerland), Jester King Brewery (Austin, TX), and Crooked Stave (Denver, CO). The collaboration was born from the concept of brewing an identical recipe together at each individual brewery.
