Triple Brett is a 100% barrel fermented sour session mead made from pure Willamette Valley honey. Blended from three different barrels, each fermented by a different strain of brettanomyces, this sour session mead combines the complex palate of brett-derived flavors and aromas with the subtleties of local honey.
