Beer Description
Brewed with English tradition in mind, this copper colored ale is a welcome change to the hop-focused American style of pale ale. A malty, caramel flavor is at the forefront while the finish is of the earthy, English hop varieties including Fuggles and Kent Goldings. Its balance between malt and hops make it a perfect pairing for many foods ranging from roast chicken, to pork sandwich, to sheppard’s pie.
