“We developed this Strong Ale with our friend Bruno Carilli from Toccalmatto. At 10% abv, this is still our strongest blonde, and it remains dangerously easy to drink! Her complex bouquet is a delicate mix of muscat, pear, red fruits (blackcurrant and wild strawberries), and white flowers.
