Beer Description
Move over IPA, there’s a new yeast in town. Capsized is fermented at cooler temperatures with lager yeast, to leave our beer clean and crisp. But, that is only the beginning… We added huge amounts of oats to this brew to give it a creamy head and extra body. More importantly, we gave this beer an enormous hop charge of Columbus, cascade, chinook and centennial hops. Citrus, resinous, and full bodied deliciousness.
