We made our Debut Sparkling Cider in the methode champenoise from 100% untreated, unsprayed local apples we picked from our own orchard and two other local abandoned orchards in the Fall of 2015.
Arista is a blend of wild and sustainably grown apples. Subtle aromas of tart cherry and petrol, apricot and dates on the palate balanced by a firm acidity and crisp lively finish. Dosaged with a tiny amount of local honey.
