Broeckhouse

The story of Brøckhouse started many years ago when engineer and IT specialist Allan Poulsen sat on a bench and studied the landscape as he enjoyed a beer. It was a beautiful summer evening and the birds were singing, but the beer was traditional Danish lager and then it occurred to him that he ought to brew its own beer.
He started to read yards of books about beer brewing and his first brew was in a 40 liter copper boiler. The beer was brewed according to ancient tradition and with the best ingredients. He experimented and learned by now the noble art of brewing beer.
