Spirit Description
An extraordinary encapsulation of the very best Single Malts distilled on the glorious islands of Islay, Arran, Jura and Orkney (amongst others), Rock Island is a subtle, smoky and sweet celebration of the sea. Part of the Remarkable Regional Malts range, the ultimate distillation of Scotland’s Malt Whisky Regions.
Left to slumber for a minimum of 21 years, this limited release celebrates a marriage of the finest aged and refined single malts from the Scottish Islands of ISlay, Jura, Arran and Orkney.
The nose bursts with wafts of peat smoke, crashing waves and salty rock pools before developing to a honeycomb sweetness.
The palate delivers malted barley, cured meats, bonfires and charred oak.
The finish is long with ash, salted caramel and sublte spice.
