Brewed for Lehigh Valley Beer Week by the Lehigh Valley Brewers Guild. A clean and simple base of American 2-row malted barley with a small touch of malted white wheat allow the intense tropical flavors of the Amarillo, Centennial, and Azaca dryhop to shine. A healthy does of Columbus and Chinook hops in the kettle add a counterpoint of pine, earth, and resin.
