This sessionable 4.6% abv organic fresh hop lager uses Bavarian pils as a single malt and 8 hop additions starting with whole leaf #OconeeHops in the mash and finishing with a healthy dry-hopping of local Cascade and Nugget hops from #OconeeHopFarm
Locally grown Cascade and Nugget hops are harvested from the hills of Salem, SC for this special collaboration between Carolina Bauernhaus and Freehouse. A light-bodied pale lager serves as this backdrop for the freshly dried green cones tossed generously into the kettle and dry hopped.
